Welcome to SCBCR
Who We Are
The Steering Committee for the Booster Clubs of the Raiders is a coalition of all Officially Recognized Raider Booster and like-minded Fan Clubs. Our purpose is to work together to support each other and the Las Vegas Raiders, provide guidance to those wishing to form new clubs, establish camaraderie and cooperation, magnify support for the team, and serve as a centralized community for Raiders fans.
Our History
The Steering Committee for the Booster Clubs of the Raiders (S.C.B.C.R.) was established in December of 1989. At that time, there were only 8-10 Recognized Raiders Boosters Clubs in the United States. Today, The Raiders Organization officially recognizes more than 50 Booster Clubs worldwide and 18 Steering Committee Clubs. The strong presence of the Steering Committee continues to provide an ongoing opportunity for Booster Clubs to maintain open lines of communication and support between Booster Clubs and with the Raiders Organization, but will not supersede or interfere with the purpose and goals of individual Clubs or their independent chapters and leaders. We do not believe this type of structured, fan-based organization exists anywhere else in the NFL.
Our Current Activities
GENERAL MEETINGS
Steering Committee Meetings are held approximately six (6) times a year. Meetings average two (2) hours in length. The purpose of Steering Committee Meetings is to plan upcoming Steering Committee Events and to provide a forum for sharing information between the Clubs.
CURRENT ANNUAL EVENTS
The Steering Committee and its Member Clubs sponsor three (3) Annual Events:
I. Annual Tailgate Party
II. Annual Jeff “Chico” Haldeman Away Trip (Raiders Away Game).
III. Annual Commitment To Excellence (CTE) Award Dinner
With the exception of the CTE Dinner, Steering Committee Events are open ONLY to Members of Clubs that are paid Members of the Steering Committee for the Booster Clubs of the Raiders (S.C.B.C.R.).
We are looking to expand every year.

Dear Recognized Raiders Booster Clubs,
Hello Raider Nation,
On January 1, 2026, the Steering Committee for the Booster Clubs of the Raiders proudly kicked off our 36th year. What an incredible journey it has been for the SCBCR and for all the dedicated Raider fans and booster clubs who have helped keep our family connected through the years.
Founded in 1990 by our Raiders Booster Club Advisor, Morris Bradshaw, the SCBCR was created to give organized Raiders Booster Clubs a strong network of communication and support. Over the years, the SCBCR has recognized close to 60 booster clubs, each playing a special role in representing Raider Nation with pride.
After Morris Bradshaw’s retirement in 2019, and with the Raiders’ move to Las Vegas, the SCBCR lost some of its communication with the Raiders organization. Thankfully, in January 2024, those doors began to open again. Following a meeting with the team in January 2026, we are grateful to say that the relationship between the SCBCR and our Raiders is now back to where it was under Morris Bradshaw’s leadership.
Our 2026 SCBCR year officially began on February 27 with our 20th annual Commitment to Excellence Award Dinner in Las Vegas. It was a special evening as we honored the 2025 CTE Award winner, Maxx Crosby, marking his fifth consecutive CTE Award. On August 8, the SCBCR proudly presented Maxx and the Maxx Crosby Foundation with a check for $40,000 from the proceeds of the dinner, bringing our two-year total donated to the foundation to $100,000.
On May 23, we held our annual SCBCR Tailgate Party, co-hosted by Raider Drive in San Jose. It was a great day filled with food, drinks, raffles, and, most importantly, Raider family. A big thank you goes out to Raider Drive for helping make the event such a success.
Looking ahead, our annual SCBCR “Chico Hallderman” Away Trip will take place on September 27 in New Orleans, where 65 SCBCR club members will be attending the Raiders vs. Saints game. Then, on December 13, we will celebrate another milestone with our first Raiders home game trip as we take on the LA Chargers at Allegiant Stadium. We sincerely thank the Raiders organization for reserving a block of tickets for us.
Year 36 is shaping up to be one of the best years yet for the SCBCR, and we could not be more excited to continue cheering on our Raiders throughout the 2026 football season. To every club member, supporter, and Raider fan who continues to represent this great nation with passion and pride — thank you.
